GALILEO GALILEI MUSEUM
The Galileo Museum is located in Florence in Piazza dei Giudici, in the seat of the historic Palazzo Castellani. The museum reopened to the public in 2010, after almost two years of renovation by the “Guicciardini and Magni Architetti”.
Inside it is possible to trace the history of science from the Renaissance to the nineteenth century, thanks to the collections of scientific instruments of the Medici and the Lorraine families. Great attention is paid to the inheritance and the tools used by Galileo himself.
